Step by
Step View - What your Client will view during the purchase process:
1st: If a person has never used the system before they will
need to register by selecting a Username and Password. This will
enable them to view the content from any computer they want. This
is only required the first time a customer accesses content.
2nd: They will now view their shopping cart. They can add
or remove any item from the cart in preparation for purchase. When
ready they would click on the Purchase button which will take them
to the processor you have engaged. (i.e.: PayPal). After purchase
they will gain access to the content directly as shown below. In
this scenario the client has access a live event to download one
clip, and stream an archived clip. This shows that you can mix and
match access types. If you set any questions in the registration
form to 'Required' the client would be prompted to
fill out the form prior to access to the content.
This is another version of the shopping cart where you can add
images.
3rd: Here the client can review what they have purchased and
how much viewing or listening they have left.
The Payment
and Registration Administrator - Options:
Select a number of views or downloads
Select dates and times. This method allows a user to view a
stream unlimited times between the two dates
Select a date range and an amount of time in minutes/hours.
Subscription Services - Select the amount of time you would
like a user to have access to the content
If you require registration only they will be prompted to input
what ever information you request.
1) Create multiple profiles:
A profile is a specifically named set of questions. An example of
this would be setting up 5 questions that have to do with a clients
name address and phone number. You might call this Information
About yourself. Then you might create a profile named Did
you like our Product? with specific questions related to
this topic. Once you have created a profile with questions you can
select it to be required or not required to be answered prior to
access to the content is allowed.
2) E-mail responses and/or download the responses:
You will have 2 options regarding how you view your clients responses
to your questions. You can have the system e-mail you each response
directly and/or you can download the responses in a CSV format.

Adding Pay Per View to your account:
You will be able to add this service once you have an Active Live
and/or Archive account by logging in with the Username and Password
we will supply you with. Then simply click on Add Services and select
Pay Per View.

The Shopping Cart capabilities are automatically enabled once you
have an active Archive Account
or Live
Webcasting Account and have ordered the Pay-Per-View option.
You will be able to add this service once you have an Active Live
and/or Archive account. Once your account(s) are active, log in
with the Username and Password we supply you with. Then simply click
on Add Services and select Pay Per View.
