HOW TO SETUP A PRESENTATION
 
  Initial Setup of a Presentation:
1) Click on "New Presentation" on the top of the Administrator Page.
2) Fill out the Name and Description of your presentation.
3) Select your Live Account from the drop-down menu.
4) Click Next
 
 
 
  Upload Slides:
1) Click on "Upload New Slides"
2) Select your images and upload to the system.
 
   
  Arrange the Order of your Slides:
1) From here you can drag your images to place them in the desired order with your mouse
2) When you are finished click "Save Order"
3) Then Click "Finish"
 
   
  Edit Presentation:
1) For additional options, or to make changes click on "Edit"
 
   
  Additional Management Tools:
1) "From here you can insert a URL to an Image or Logo in the "Corner Image" field." It will display in the lower left corner of the Presentation Viewer.
2) Insert a delay time in the "Slide Delay" Field. This will delay the amount of time. When a viewer is watching your presentation there is usually a delay of about 15 seconds from the time the presenter speaks until the viewer hears it. On the other hand the amount of time it takes for the slides to show up form the time you switch them is almost instant to a 15 second delay is usually a good setting.
3) The "Viewer Link" may be distributed to clients you wish to view the presentation.
4) You are now ready to Administer your Presentation by clicking on the " Presenter Panel" button.
 
   
 
Presenters Panel Screen:
1) The presenter can change the image that is displayed to the viewer by clicking on the image at the bottom. The image will change globally once the specified delay time has passed so that it will sync up with the audio and video.
2) Questions are viewed form this screen as well.
