OPPORTUNITY
AudioVideoweb is looking for a highly skilled senior level sales
and marketing person that is focused and highly motivated to develop
and implement sales and marketing strategies. Develop partnerships
with resellers worldwide. Create new streaming opportunities for
Radio stations, churches and sporting events etc. Develop and maintain
strong business relationships with streaming media buyers. This
person must have a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding
revenue goals, ideally from within the media industry. The candidate
must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative,
and possess outstanding communication, leadership and negotiating
skills.
Position Responsibilities Include
- Developing and Managing a Sales group for
quick expansion
- Seeking new clients through current contacts,
networking, referrals, cold calls and stop-bys.
- Developing a prospecting plan to have consistent,
qualified leads. Heavy prospecting will be required.
- Following a plan for closing business and
maintaining long-term customer relationships for additional cross-selling
and up-selling opportunities.
- Review all sales activities, targets, and
strategies in order to maximize results
- Ensure a high level of selling and negotiating
skills among all employees
Minimum Experience Required
:5+ years of direct sales experience.
Education
4-year college degree required.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of
direct sales experience, with a proven record of sales success.
- Experienced in Solution
and/or Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Highly knowledgeable
of industry trends and strategies.
- Knowledge of selling
CDN and Streaming Media solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication
and presentation skills.
- Possess the ability to function in a team
atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational
skills and a make-it-happen attitude.

Software Developer
The primary responsibility of this individual is to work with our
development team to build new products and help customize clients
needs. We are constantly adding new capabilities to our systems
and are in need of experienced developers that have knowledge of
the streaming media industry. Requires 2-3 years experience with
php/html visual basic with some SQL background. Any knowledge with
c++, java scripting, ruby would be a plus but not required. The
ideal applicant should be highly-motivated and professional and
have worked in the streaming media industry.
