The process for adding Live and Archive content to a pop-up viewers.

First: Log into the customer management interface by visiting. Once logged in, scroll down to your archive folder and click on it.

Next: Click on the checkbox next to the files you want in your playlist, and click on "New Media Group"

Next: Name your group and click "save".

Next: Configure your pop-up viewer settings, and click "Save Popup Settings"

Next: Close out of that window and go back to your main interface page, and scroll down to "Live Webcasting Account(s)". Click on the "add" button to the far right of the account.

Next: Check "Add to Existing Group", select the group you just created, and click "save". This will add your live webcast to the group whcih will then run the this webcast directly after the archived media plays.
