To accurately calculate the amount of bandwidth you will need to decide on a few things
1) How long the event is?
2) What bitrate you are encoding the event in?
3) How many people will log on to Listen/View the event or figure out the average amount of time that people will log on for. (Example: If your event is 60 minutes the average might be 20 minutes as some people might view 1 minute and some 10 minutes and some 60 minutes) - Live Webcasting Rates
